Job Summary

To support a thriving mortgage business, the full-time NMLS Licensed Loan Officer will work remotely, managing high-intent inbound leads, guiding prospects through the loan process, and educating borrowers on suitable financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with prospects via phone, text, and email to facilitate the loan process
• Analyze credit and financial data to recommend appropriate loan solutions
• Drive repeat and referral business through exceptional service and follow-through

Required qualifications

• Active NMLS license
• 2+ years of experience originating loans in a consumer-direct model
• Experience with Encompass preferred
• Proven track record of closing loans and achieving performance targets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
