NMLS Licensed Loan Officer

Job Summary

Seeking motivated NMLS Licensed Loan Officers, the full-time position will handle 100% inbound leads from homebuyers, consult on mortgage needs, and ensure timely loan closings while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and digital leads from qualified home shoppers
• Consult with borrowers to recommend appropriate loan solutions and guide them through the mortgage application process
• Maintain an active pipeline and collaborate with internal teams to meet compliance and sales goals

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time purchase or refinance loan origination experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Current NMLS license, including passing the National test and completing a 20-hour licensing course
• Strong understanding of conventional and government loan programs
• Proven ability to accurately structure and price loans
• Desire to succeed in a sales environment and achieve top producer status
