Job Summary

To support a dynamic sales team, the full-time NMLS Licensed Loan Officer will build rapport with borrowers, analyze financial situations to recommend suitable loan products, and manage multiple inbound leads in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build rapport and leverage relationships with existing and potential borrowers to meet their needs
  • Analyze customers' financial situations and advise on appropriate loan products
  • Lock loans at point of sale, request initial documents, and submit paperless loan packages to production staff
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of full-time purchase or refinance loan origination experience; call center environment preferred
  • Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment and be a top producer
  • Ability to accurately structure and price loans
  • Complete knowledge of conventional and government loan programs (purchase and refinance)
  • Current NMLS license, including passing the National test and completing a 20-hour licensing course
