Job Summary

Proactively marketing and originating mortgage products, the full-time remote NMLS Licensed Loan Officer will drive production, cultivate a referral network, and collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure a seamless mortgage experience for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Market and originate mortgage products to exceed individual production goals
• Cultivate a referral network of agents, builders, and professionals to maintain a full pipeline

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of recent origination experience with a referral-based book of business
• Active NMLS license and full compliance with the SAFE Act
• Mastery of loan programs, secondary marketing, and federal/state regulations
• Fast-paced, competitive mindset with a focus on customer service
