NMLS Licensed Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant to support its operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact between clients and loan officers, ensuring effective communication
• Review loan applications and documentation for accuracy and compliance, addressing any discrepancies
• Ensure timely closing of loans by managing deadlines and providing updates to all stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage loan processing or origination
• State and Federal NMLS License preferred
• Experience with RESPA and mortgage lending regulations
• Familiarity with Encompass software and major investors' guidelines
