Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant who is bilingual in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicates with customers, real estate agents, and escrows at the start of the transaction
- Collects necessary customer documentation to complete loan transactions
- Assists loan originators with preapprovals, loan structuring, and managing loan pricing options
Required Qualifications
- NMLS Licensed
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Two or more years of recent mortgage operations, underwriting, or processing experience
- Current experience as a loan officer assistant, processor, or underwriter
- Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and other mortgage programs and guidelines
