NMLS Licensed Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant to support mortgage loan officers in their daily duties and enhance loan production levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types and facilitate timely loan closings
• Provide general clerical and phone support to loan officers and processors

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of mortgage-related experience
• NMLS License under the S.A.F.E. Act, a plus
• Previous sales support experience, preferred
• Salesforce experience, preferred
