NMLS Licensed Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

Supporting the customer journey from application to initial disclosures, the full-time remote NMLS Licensed Loan Officer Assistant will gather documentation, assist borrowers in obtaining pre-approval for loans, and manage a pipeline of over 200 loan applications per month to ensure successful closings.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Loan Officers by gathering required documentation and managing loan applications
• Work with borrowers to facilitate pre-approval for the Knock Bridge Loan
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up on disclosed loans for signatures

Required qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or Sales Assistant
• Active NMLS license or ability to acquire one within the first 90 days of hire
• Experience using Encompass, Meridian Link, Blend, and/or Google Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven success working 100% remote in prior positions
