Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loan Originator responsible for originating and processing real estate mortgage loans.
Key Responsibilities
- Source mortgage leads and build relationships with real estate agents
- Analyze applicants' financial status and determine loan feasibility
- Generate complete loan applications and assist customers throughout the loan process
Required Qualifications
- NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
- Experience with retail product philosophy, underwriting, and documentation
- Proven ability to proactively solicit new business
- Knowledge of all mortgage products and programs
- Experience with Encompass preferred
