Job Summary
Proactively re-engaging former customers, the full-time NMLS Licensed Loan Originator will originate residential mortgage loans through outbound calls, focusing on refinancing and purchase opportunities while providing exceptional customer service in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Contact and re-engage previous customers to identify refinancing and purchasing opportunities
- Guide customers through the mortgage origination process from initial contact to funding
- Utilize CRM and business-intelligence tools to track customer engagement and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years of mortgage lending experience with a clear understanding of residential loan origination
- Active NMLS registration required
- Experience with Loan Estimates (LE) and Closing Disclosures (CD) is necessary
- Strong outbound phone and consultative sales skills are essential
