Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Partner to oversee the loan process and assist borrowers in understanding financial programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by assisting borrowers with loan programs, costs, and documentation
• Review and audit mortgage files to ensure loan stability and compliance
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types and ensure the best program structure for borrowers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass LOS is required
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
• NMLS license preferred under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
