Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Partner 2 (LP2) to assist borrowers through the mortgage process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-qualify borrowers and issue accurate pre-approvals
• Manage the loan pipeline to ensure timely closings and provide updates to borrowers and Realtors
• Maintain professional communication and deliver exceptional service throughout the loan process

Qualifications:

• Active NMLS license or ability to obtain immediately
• 3+ years of experience in mortgage processing, underwriting, or origination
• Strong knowledge of DU/DO, LP, and investor guidelines
• Experience with Loan Origination Systems such as ARIVE, LendingPad, or Encompass
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
