Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact between clients and the sales team, ensuring effective communication
Manage loan files from application through closing, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
Provide exceptional customer service and regular updates to borrowers throughout the loan process

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage loan processing or origination
Current Mortgage Loan Processing experience required
State and Federal NMLS License preferred
Working knowledge of RESPA and mortgage lending regulations preferred
