Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Partner.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact between clients and the sales team
Manage loan files from application through closing and ensure timely communication with borrowers
Review documentation for discrepancies and maintain the loan pipeline efficiently

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years' experience in mortgage loan processing or origination
Current Mortgage Loan Processing experience is required
State and Federal NMLS License preferred
Working knowledge of RESPA and mortgage regulations preferred
