Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service by assisting clients in understanding loan programs and documentation
• Review and audit mortgage files for accuracy and completeness to ensure loan stability
• Manage a pipeline of various loan products and pre-underwrite items to support loan approval

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education/experience
• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass LOS is required
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
• NMLS license under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 is preferred
