Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Partner to support loan processing and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact between clients and loan originators, ensuring timely communication and document review
• Process loan applications, issue pre-approval letters, and track documentation for discrepancies
• Ensure 95% of loans close on time by managing deadlines and addressing potential issues proactively

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage loan processing or origination
• State and Federal NMLS License preferred
• Experience with RESPA and mortgage regulations
• Proficient in Encompass and major investor guidelines
