Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Partner to support its operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact between clients and loan originators, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-ups
• Review and process loan applications, ensuring compliance with regulations and addressing any discrepancies
• Manage the loan pipeline to ensure 95% of loans close on time while providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage loan processing or origination
• State and Federal NMLS License preferred
• Experience with RESPA and mortgage regulations
• Proficiency in Encompass and major investors' guidelines
