NMLS Licensed Loan Partner

Job Summary

Supporting a Loan Officer based in Alaska, the full-time remote NMLS Licensed Loan Partner II will guide clients through the loan application process, manage documentation in Encompass, and provide proactive updates to ensure a smooth experience from application to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and Loan Originators, managing applications and scheduling appointments
• Coordinate weekly pipeline meetings and track documentation to ensure compliance and timely processing
• Provide regular status updates to clients and resolve any discrepancies in documentation promptly

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Five years of experience in mortgage loan processing, including knowledge of VA and FHA products
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with Encompass LOS or similar mortgage processing software
• Federal registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is required
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to meeting client needs and maintaining confidentiality
