NMLS Licensed Loan Partner II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Partner II who will assist clients in the home financing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact between clients and loan officers, ensuring smooth communication and file management
• Track documentation and discrepancies, coordinating with loan originators and processing teams
• Manage a pipeline of 20 or more files, ensuring compliance with deadlines and communication with all parties involved

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in conventional and government mortgage loan processing
• Extensive knowledge of VA and FHA products
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with Encompass LOS or similar mortgage processing software
• Federal registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) required
