Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of loan files for submission to underwriting and closing departments
• Establish rapport with borrowers and deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain system data and manage timelines to ensure loan closings within 30 days

Required Qualifications

• Self-motivated with high energy and a positive attitude
• Demonstrated knowledge of mortgage documents and loan processing
• 3+ years of residential processing experience preferred
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience in mortgage banking origination
• NMLS license would be beneficial
