Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to support their operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact between clients and loan officers, ensuring effective communication throughout the loan process
• Review loan applications and documentation for accuracy and compliance, addressing any discrepancies promptly
• Ensure timely closing of loans by managing deadlines and providing updates to all stakeholders involved

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage loan processing or origination
• State and Federal NMLS License preferred
• Experience with RESPA and mortgage lending regulations
• Proficiency in Encompass and major investors' guidelines
