Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to support its operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact between clients and loan originators, ensuring effective communication
• Review loan applications and documentation, addressing discrepancies and ensuring compliance
• Ensure timely processing and closing of loans, providing updates to all stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage loan processing or origination
• State and Federal NMLS License preferred
• Experience with RESPA and mortgage regulations
• Proficient in Encompass and major investors' guidelines
