NMLS Licensed Loan Processor

Job Summary

Managing loan files from application through closing, the full-time remote NMLS Licensed Loan Processor will analyze credit applicant information, review income and asset documents, and maintain consistent communication with clients and referral partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact between clients, Branch Manager, and Loan Originators
• Manage the loan pipeline and provide weekly updates to borrowers
• Ensure all loan documentation is complete and compliant with company policies

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in conventional mortgage loan processing or origination
• State and Federal NMLS License preferred
• Familiarity with RESPA and mortgage lending regulations
• Experience using Encompass software
