NMLS Licensed Loss Mitigation Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing a team of Loss Mitigation SPOC Specialists, the full-time NMLS Licensed Loss Mitigation Supervisor will manage call activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and coach employees while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve team productivity and compliance with guidelines
• Lead training and onboarding processes for new hires while providing ongoing coaching to team members
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure effective communication of Loss Mitigation outcomes

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college courses or technical training preferred
• Minimum of five years of mortgage loan servicing experience in a high-volume call center
• At least two years of supervisory or lead experience
• Active NMLS license is required
• Expert-level knowledge of mortgage loan documents and compliance regulations
