Job Summary

Leading a team of 10-12 Retail Loan Originators, the full-time NMLS Licensed Market Manager will coach and develop talent, drive production metrics, and execute go-to-market strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team of originators to foster accountability and growth
  • Own and manage production metrics, including lock volume and funding targets
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Operations to resolve escalations and improve processes
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience in retail mortgage or consumer lending
  • An active NMLS license and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and volume targets
  • Ability to analyze data and implement corrective actions in real-time
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a member-first mindset
