Job Summary

To support the development of future Mortgage Advisors, the full-time Junior Mortgage Advisor will participate in a training program to acquire the SAFE MLO license while providing customer service and assisting clients with mortgage inquiries and applications remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all assigned training activities and pass the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Examination
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding their mortgage loans and options
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and maintain confidentiality of personal information

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
• Must obtain and maintain NMLS licensure
• Developing knowledge of the mortgage industry and regulatory guidelines is preferred
• Strong negotiation and time management skills
• Proven track record of exceptional customer service skills
