Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Production Assistant to support the Loan Officer with loan application processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize loan applications and ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with Loan Officer on product recommendations and manage borrower correspondence
• Order necessary reports and documentation, and submit loan files for review

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry preferred
• Familiarity with mortgage terminology
• An active NMLS license is required; sponsorship available
• Experience with Point software preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
