Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Production Assistant to support loan officers in the loan origination process.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather borrower information and prepare loan files
• Analyze customer credit, review income and asset documents, and communicate with borrowers and realtors
• Track requested documents and ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Two years of professional office experience
• One year of mortgage or banking industry experience
• NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
• General knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines
• Prior experience with Encompass LOS or other mortgage processing software
