NMLS Licensed Mortgage Assistant

Job Summary

Supporting the Mortgage Sales Team, the full-time NMLS Licensed Mortgage Assistant will assist with member applications, appointment scheduling, and documentation management in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with member inquiries and documentation while ensuring compliance with loan policies and regulations
• Prepare sales tracking reports and manage the mortgage application pipeline for multiple loans
• Schedule appointments for Mortgage Loan Officers and follow up with members regarding their applications

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience with at least 1 year in residential lending origination
• NMLS license is required
• Familiarity with DocMagic is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment with attention to detail
• Technological proficiency is essential
