Job Summary
Supporting the Loan Coordinator Manager, the full-time NMLS Licensed Mortgage Assistant Manager will oversee a team of Loan Coordinators, focusing on pipeline management, coaching, and ensuring compliance while leveraging Loan Origination Systems like Encompass to enhance workflows and member experiences in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and develop Loan Coordinators, emphasizing adaptive skills and integration of AI-driven tools
- Monitor daily pipeline activity and collaborate with AI analytics to ensure efficient loan movement and quality standards
- Assist with onboarding and training new Loan Coordinators, focusing on digital literacy and automation for productivity
Required qualifications
- Three years of progressive experience in a financial or lending setting, with a preference for mortgage operations or loan coordination
- One year of experience in team leadership and process improvement
- An associate's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred, or two additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Proficiency in Loan Origination Systems, particularly Encompass
- Ability to qualify for and maintain NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act
