Job Summary

Guiding borrowers through the home buying process, the remote NMLS Licensed Mortgage Banker will provide expert advice on loan programs and pricing options while delivering exceptional customer service in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted consultant to purchase borrowers, answering questions and guiding them through the loan selection process
• Recommend optimal loan products and pricing options based on borrowers' financial needs and qualifications
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company loan products, pricing structures, and multi-state regulations

Required qualifications

• Recent mortgage loan origination experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Experience in purchase loans is required
• Must have a significant licensing footprint and meet all NMLS requirements
• Strong understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to establish rapport with clients quickly
