Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote NMLS Licensed Mortgage Banker will guide borrowers through the home buying process, providing expert advice on loan programs and pricing options while maintaining a strong focus on customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted consultant to purchase borrowers, addressing their questions and guiding them through the loan selection process
• Understand borrower needs to recommend optimal loan products and pricing options based on their financial goals and qualifications
• Establish ongoing relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining knowledge of loan products and regulations

Required qualifications

• Recent mortgage loan origination experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Experience with purchase loans is preferred
• Must meet all Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) requirements
• Strong understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to build rapport quickly with clients
