Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Consultant for the Outbound Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate purchase and refinance loans by responding to company-provided leads
• Manage a loan pipeline from application to closing, ensuring timely approvals
• Ensure compliance with federal and state lending regulations and provide superior customer service

Required Qualifications and Education

• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years' origination experience in the mortgage or banking industry required
• Active NMLS license is necessary
• A solid understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines
• Must complete mandatory annual continuing education to maintain mortgage licenses
