Job Summary

To support a growing mortgage team, the full-time NMLS Licensed Mortgage Consultant will originate purchase and refinance loans by engaging with customers through company-provided leads, managing a loan pipeline, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Originate loans by responding to leads and engaging with consumers to determine their needs
• Manage the loan pipeline from application to closing, collaborating with various teams for timely approvals
• Ensure adherence to federal and state lending regulations while providing superior customer service

Required qualifications

• Active NMLS license
• 2+ years of origination experience in the mortgage or banking industry
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Solid understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines
• Experience in inside sales with persuasive communication skills preferred
