NMLS Licensed Mortgage Consultant

Job Summary

Originating a variety of loans, the full-time NMLS Licensed Mortgage Consultant will engage with customers to assess their needs, manage a loan pipeline from application to closing, and ensure compliance with lending regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Originate purchase and refinance loans by responding to company-provided leads in a timely manner
• Manage a loan pipeline, collaborating with underwriting and processing teams to ensure timely approvals
• Provide superior customer service and meet individual monthly sales goals

Required qualifications

• Active NMLS license
• 2+ years of origination experience in the mortgage or banking industry
• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Solid understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines
• Experience utilizing persuasive communication skills, with inside sales experience preferred
