Job Summary

Originating a variety of loans focused on servicing existing customers, the full-time NMLS Licensed Mortgage Consultant will engage with clients through company-provided leads, manage a loan pipeline, and ensure compliance with lending regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Originate purchase and refinance loans by responding to leads via phone
• Manage a loan pipeline from application to closing, collaborating with various teams
• Ensure adherence to federal and state lending regulations and provide superior customer service

Required qualifications

• Active NMLS license
• 2+ years of origination experience in the mortgage or banking industry
• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Solid understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines
• Experience utilizing persuasive communication skills, with inside sales experience preferred
