Job Summary
Leading a team of approximately 15 Mortgage Loan Coordinators, the full-time NMLS Licensed Mortgage Coordinator Manager will focus on training, development, and process optimization while utilizing Loan Origination Systems like Encompass to enhance pipeline performance and member experience in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the Mortgage Loan Coordinator team, aligning talent development and process optimization with organizational goals
- Leverage advanced analytics and AI tools to provide personalized coaching and feedback to team members for performance improvement
- Design and implement standardized workflows within the Loan Origination System to ensure high-quality and scalable execution
Required qualifications
- Five years of progressive experience in financial or lending settings, with a focus on mortgage operations or loan coordination
- Three years of experience in team leadership and implementing process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may substitute for education
- Experience with Loan Origination Systems, particularly Encompass, and a strong understanding of mortgage processing workflows
- Ability to qualify for and maintain NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act
