Job Summary
NMLS Licensed Mortgage Loan Assistant, performs a variety of administrative support functions for Mortgage Loan Originators in a full-time capacity, including documentation collection and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Mortgage Loan Originators, including documentation follow-up and loan status inquiries
- Utilize marketing tools to assist in growing the Mortgage Loan Originator's business
- Maintain relationships with other departments to enhance customer service and support
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in administrative support activities
- NMLS registration required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in using various software packages, including Microsoft Office applications
