Job Summary

NMLS Licensed Mortgage Loan Assistant, performs a variety of administrative support functions for Mortgage Loan Originators in a full-time capacity, including documentation collection and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Mortgage Loan Originators, including documentation follow-up and loan status inquiries
  • Utilize marketing tools to assist in growing the Mortgage Loan Originator's business
  • Maintain relationships with other departments to enhance customer service and support
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in administrative support activities
  • NMLS registration required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficient in using various software packages, including Microsoft Office applications
