Job Summary

Seeking an experienced NMLS Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer, the full-time position focuses on originating residential mortgage loans with an emphasis on Non-QM products while self-sourcing business through networking and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans primarily for Non-QM products
• Develop and maintain a self-generated pipeline through prospecting and networking
• Consult with borrowers to assess financial goals and recommend appropriate loan solutions

Required Qualifications

• Active NMLS license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage origination experience
• Proven Non-QM lending experience is required
• Demonstrated success originating various Non-QM loan products
• Ability to self-source and generate business without reliance on company leads
