Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer focused on VA, DC, MD & NC markets with remote roles available.

Key Responsibilities

• Originates and completes mortgage loan applications, ensuring all required fields are filled accurately
• Determines proper program placement for loan files and prices loans according to company policy
• Maintains communication with clients throughout the loan processing period and assists with any inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or equivalent industry experience
• NMLS registration is required
• Strong familiarity with standard loan products and underwriting guidelines
• Proven ability to generate independent leads for new business
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations related to mortgages
