Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer for remote roles in VA, MD, NC, and DC.

Key Responsibilities

• Originates and completes mortgage loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintains regular communication with clients and referral sources throughout the loan process
• Tracks loan progress and meets all contractual deadlines while assisting the Processor

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or equivalent
• NMLS registration is required
• Strong familiarity with standard loan products and underwriting guidelines
• Established relationships and production within the specific market
• Ability to generate independent leads for new business
