Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate and complete mortgage loan applications while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Originates and completes mortgage loan applications and submits loan files for processing
• Determines proper program placement for loan files and prices loans according to company policy
• Maintains regular communication with clients and tracks the progress of loans in process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or equivalent industry experience
• NMLS registration is required
• Strong familiarity with standard loan products and underwriting guidelines
• Ability to generate independent leads for new business
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations related to mortgages
