Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer - Consumer Direct (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to loan processing and underwriting departments
• Evaluates loan requests and maintains contact with loan customers to communicate progress and obtain documentation
• Structures loans to comply with lending practices and Federal regulations while conducting proactive outreach to prospects

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Desire for a mortgage banking career
