NMLS Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Summary

To support the origination of residential mortgage loans, the full-time NMLS Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer will manage customer calls, evaluate loan requests, and maintain communication with clients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications and submits them to processing and underwriting departments
• Evaluates loan requests and analyzes financial data to determine customer qualification
• Proactively reaches out to prospects and responds to inquiries regarding loan products

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
• Previous sales experience
• Desire for a career in mortgage banking
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships for high levels of service
