Job Summary

Engaging with a steady stream of inbound mortgage leads, the full-time NMLS Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer will qualify prospects, build Realtor partnerships, and manage the loan origination process to convert leads into funded loans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and engage dialer-generated leads quickly to maximize conversion
• Guide borrowers through various loan options while maintaining professional communication
• Track and manage leads within CRM and LOS systems to meet production goals

Required Qualifications:

• Active NMLS License
• At least 1 year of experience as a Loan Officer
• Thorough understanding of FHA, VA, and conventional loan programs and underwriting guidelines
• Excellent phone sales skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established guidelines
