NMLS Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Summary

Engaging with inbound mortgage leads, the full-time NMLS Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer will qualify and convert leads into funded loans while building Realtor partnerships and managing a high-volume pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and engage dialer-generated leads quickly and consistently
• Guide borrowers through loan options and maintain a high follow-up cadence to maximize conversions
• Track and manage all assigned leads within CRM and LOS systems to meet production goals

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Loan Officer
• Active NMLS License
• Thorough understanding of FHA, VA, and conventional loan programs
• Strong phone sales skills and ability to build trust with clients
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
