Job Summary
Directing the origination of residential mortgage loans, the full-time NMLS Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer will complete mortgage applications, evaluate loan requests, and maintain communication with customers while working remotely.

- Completes mortgage applications for submission to processing and underwriting departments
- Evaluates loan requests and analyzes financial data to determine customer qualifications
- Maintains contact with loan customers, communicating progress and obtaining necessary documentation
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
- Desire for a career in mortgage banking
- Previous sales experience
