Job Summary

As a remote NMLS Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, the candidate will engage with clients over phone and email, providing expert guidance on loan products, managing a robust pipeline, and generating new business through outbound calls while ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to discuss loan products and prequalification criteria
• Communicate loan progress to clients and collect necessary documentation
• Make outbound sales calls to generate new business and manage a pipeline of leads

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of mortgage sales experience with a proven track record
• NMLS-licensed with experience in originating various loan products
• Full understanding of FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage products
• Strong knowledge of consumer lending regulations, including RESPA and TILA
• Excellent phone sales skills with the ability to build relationships and guide clients
