Job Summary

Supporting a dedicated Loan Originator, the full-time remote NMLS Licensed Mortgage Loan Partner will manage loan applications, prepare preapprovals, and ensure a smooth pipeline process through closing while leveraging strong VA lending knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Function as the primary contact between clients and the Loan Originator, managing the business from application through closing
• Review and structure loan applications, ensuring high-quality preapprovals and compliance with VA lending guidelines
• Proactively manage the loan pipeline, tracking documents and ensuring deadlines are met for a seamless borrower experience

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• A minimum of four years of experience in a Loan Partner, Loan Processing, or Mortgage Underwriting role preferred
• Previous experience with VA home loans is required
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office and experience with Encompass LOS system or other mortgage processing software
• Federal registration through Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is required
