Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Partner II.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact between clients and loan originators, managing communication and documentation
• Take loan applications, track documents, and ensure timely updates to clients and realtors
• Review loan documentation for accuracy and compliance, coordinating with processing and underwriting teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Five years of experience in conventional fixed, ARM, HELOC, and construction mortgage loan processing
• Extensive knowledge of VA and FHA products
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with Encompass LOS or similar mortgage processing software
• Federal registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is required
